I gained so much from taking this course. Thank you for modeling lesson planning that will make my planning more efficient. I truly gained so much from you.

Given that most GT trainings are a rehashing of the GT student identities and why they are gifted learners that need more from their lessons than other students, this was a useful training. It went beyond the usual stuff and provided planning tips to make differentiation more doable and approachable. Usually, teachers get slapped in the face with this idea that we need to "do more." This is the first GT course where we were told we just need to approach planning from the top down instead of planning for the average kid first and then trying to amp up those plans to differentiate for GT kids. Essentially, this course was helpful instead of the usual, repetitive GT update.

It is very informative and fosters confidence

I really enjoyed the videos, and the texts were nicely organized and to the point. A lot of what I read and heard was new to me, and I've been in the classroom for a long time, so thank you! I've always liked going above and beyond what's expected, being different, and not sticking to the curriculum like a drone, so I'm doing something right (according to this presentation haha).

This was a wonderful class full of research, helpful information and well laid out. The author offers a variety of modalities to keep the class moving and interesting.
